How It Works:

  1. Book your template suite. Purchase your Custom Social Media Template Suite and secure your project spot.

  2. Complete your design brief. Within 24 hours, we’ll send you a simple brief so we can understand your business, audience, brand style, content needs and goals.

  3. Send your brand assets. At a minimum, we’ll need your logo and brand colours. If you have fonts, imagery, brand guidelines or other visual assets, send those through too.

  4. Choose your creative direction. Before we build out the full suite, we’ll create two custom moodboard directions for you to choose from. This helps make sure the final templates feel aligned with your brand before we move into the design stage.

  5. We design your custom template suite. Once the creative direction is approved, our designer will create your custom Canva template suite, including static post templates, carousel layouts and Reel covers.

  6. Review your templates. You’ll have one round of revisions included to refine the final suite.

  7. Start creating with confidence. You’ll receive your editable Canva design link and usage guide, ready to duplicate, customise and reuse again and again.

What You’ll Need Before You Book:

To get the best result, you will need:

  • Your logo

  • Your brand colours

  • A Canva account (free Canva, no Pro needed)

  • Any existing brand fonts

  • Any photos, illustrations or visual elements you want included

  • Any brand guidelines, if you have them

Do not have a full brand guide? That is okay.

At a minimum, we need your logo and colours. If you do not have a clear font suite yet, we can help guide this as part of the template design process.
